Returns & Refunds
We would welcome any opportunity to put right an Order that our customers would not be entirely happy with. Online customers and those who purchase from the Shack are protected by consumer contract law.
If you would like to return an unused, damaged item, please let us know by email helen@fabricshack.co.uk, telephone 01666 826841 or call in and we will arrange for your return to be processed. Please obtain Proof of Posting and we will refund your costs (including postage) within the statutory timeframe once they have been received. Please note we are unable to process returns for damaged items after 30 days from the day of receipt.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, but it is not damaged, please contact us as above at the earliest convenience within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will arrange for a goods return and will refund the cost of the goods if they are still in a condition where we are able to resell them. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any returns postage and it is recommended that a Proof of Posting is obtained.
