We are really excited about supporting the Stroke Association's Make May Purple campaign to raise awareness of the good work they do.
Our interpretation is to Make May purple by building a purple king sized quilt to auction off in aid of the charity. We already have too many volunteers to make the blocks needed to create out purple beaut!
Just four days in to May and we're already making good progress and amazingly these blocks are being created by those new to patchwork and those who haven't done it in a very long time.
We're looking forward to the weekend where we have another three newbies lined up to make a creation!
